Ordering Uniforms online
The uniform shop is changing ordering platforms from Term 4. The uniform shop will no longer use QuickCliq, instead you will be able to use the Flexischools App or website that you use to order food from the canteen. This will make it easier for parents to just have the one app for ordering.
To allow the P&C and uniform shop volunteers to manage the transition, the uniform shop will need to close early at the end of term 3. The important dates to note are:
Term 3
Tuesday September 9thÌýis the last day to place online orders.
Wednesday September 10thÌýis the last day the uniform shop will be open.Ìý
Term 4
Monday October 13th online ordering will be available through Flexischools.
Wednesday October 15thÌýthe uniform shop will re-open.

Uniform shop
The Uniform Shop located within the school and is open Wednesday mornings during Term from 9:30-2 pm.Ìý
Students may visit the Uniform Shop during recess and lunch time to purchase items, return or exchange items and pick up online orders.Ìý
Parents/carers are also permitted to visit the Uniform Shop during opening hours, please sign in and scan the QR code at the front office.
Exchanges and refunds
Exchanges, refunds may be made strcitly within two weeks of purchase with the receipt, provided the item has not been worn or altered.
No refund or exchange is possible for specially ordered items. If there is a manufacturing fault, the item must be returned with the receipt within 30 days, and it will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment.
Normal wear and tear or failure to wash according to garment instructions will not result in a replacement.Ìý

Second Hand Uniform Stall
The Second Hand Uniform Stall is run by P&C parents and SRC student volunteers with the assistance of the Uniform Shop manager and the school. It operates once per term on a Friday at lunchtime (12:45 - 1.25pm) in front of the Uniform Shop. Dates are advised by email, in Mercurius, on the school calendar and on the FSHS P&C Facebook page. Students, parents and carers are welcome to attend and make purchases. Parents and carers are asked to sign in at Reception before making their way to the stall.ÌýÌý
CONDITIONS OF SALE:ÌýThese items are second hand and are sold in the condtion as found.ÌýÌýNo change rooms are available.Ìý
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
CASHLESS SALES ONLY:ÌýPayment is by card only.ÌýIf you don’t have a card on the day, please leave a parent or carers contact name and number and we’ll message them the details of the purchase and request payment directly to the P&C account, which is on the school website.Ìý
WHEN TO ÌýBUY:ÌýSecond hand uniforms can only be purchased at the 2nd Hand Stall once per term.ÌýSecond hand uniform purchases are not available at other times.ÌýThe Uniform Shop does not sell second hand uniforms during normal shop hours or online and is unable to answer queries about what second hand items may be in stock. No items may be reserved.Ìý
DONATE:ÌýÌýClean second hand uniform donations are welcomed and may be taken to the school front office.Ìý
PLEASE NOTE:ÌýThe stall does not have all uniform items or all sizes as stock is dependant on donations. We recommend that you purchase the basic requirements from the uniform shop and purchase spare and any additional items from the 2nd hand stall.
